We all experience difficult times in our lives, whether it’s because we’re unhappy with ourselves or unfortunate things happen. Therapy offers a safe, honest partnership to help us understand what we’re experiencing, to identify our problematic life patterns, and to find ways to move forward.
Many clients who work with me have been in therapy before and felt alone or uninspired with an overly reserved therapist. I find that most people need a therapist to be ‘in it’ with them—committed and involved—to help regain their footing and make meaningful, enduring changes in their lives.
With that in mind, I strive to truly engage with my clients, providing an empathic, collaborative, and supportive environment that fosters emotional well-being and insight. Once we establish our base, I help clients identify the core issues that drive recurring problems and empower them with the practical tools they need to overcome them.
